Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order — to both the United States and the United Kingdom.
No minimums, no thresholds, and no surprise charges at checkout. The price you see
is the price you pay.

Made to order
Every Rebel Trail Gear tee is printed just for you when you order — we don't hold
stock or mass-produce. We use smart order routing, which automatically sends each
order to the most suitable available print facility, typically one in your own region
(US orders in the US, UK orders in the UK) for faster delivery.

How long it takes
Your tee is printed to order (roughly 2–7 business days), then shipped to you. Most
orders arrive within about 7–12 business days from order to your doorstep.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up
to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Incorrect address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — we can't be responsible for
orders sent to an incorrect address. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away at
customerservice@rebeltrailgear.com and if it hasn't shipped yet, we'll try to fix it.

Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time after the estimate, email
customerservice@rebeltrailgear.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the
carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if it's confirmed lost.
